Once the order is placed, send us your logo. We will follow up with proof for your approval before engraving and shipping your tumblers. THE FASTER YOU RESPONSE, THE FASTER WE START WORKING ON YOUR ORDER.
IMPORTANT: If you fail to approve the draft, we will postpone it for three days. After that, we will CANCEL your order.
The price is for one 12oz custom engraved lowball with handle tumblers that are stainless steel feature double-wall vacuum insulation with a clear lid. Keep your beverages cold for 24 hours or hot for 8 hours. The mug has a narrower bottom to fit most standard cup holders.
The logo is laser engraved directly through the powder coating, exposing the polished stainless steel, so they will never fade or wipe away. WE DO NOT apply stickers NOR offer color options for the personalization.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

- Not dishwasher safe: Avoid using a dishwasher, as it may compromise the finish and insulation.
- No hot water: Washing with hot water can weaken the product’s integrity. Use lukewarm or cold water instead.
- Not microwave safe: This product is not designed for microwave use.
- Removable lid: The lid can be easily removed for simple cleaning and refilling.
